Its Possible You Now Know More About Me Than My Husband

It might be a close one, though. :)

In my ongoing saga to keep you just intrigued enough to keep coming back (or morbidly fascinated that someone with a higher authority actually let me procreate!) for more, I'm about continue on, yet again, with another sequel to this post and this post. If you want to get caught up, please do. If you want to take a walk on the wild side and just jump in, right in the middle, you do that. Either way, I'm still here. Also, I've decided that this is as good a way as any to mark the passing of the 200th post on my blog! Yay, me!

#41. One of my favorite things to say if I really am unhappy with something is "This sucks eggs." I'm not sure why eggs have been given the honor of being the thing that sucks the most. In fact, I really have nothing against eggs. Its just fun to say it. Go on. Try it. You know you want to.

#42. I watched The Mummy for the eleventy-billionth time tonight. Its not nearly enough. I will again find myself parked in front of the screen the next time its showing. I guarantee it. And it won't matter if I'm still unemployed at the time, and down to our very last $9. I WILL be in the theater on August 8 to see The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor.

#43. I do not like Brad Pitt. I do not think he's a very good actor, nor do I think he's particularly handsome. That could be explained by the fact that I also think he's dumber than a box of rocks, and stupid guys generally just don't do it for me.

#44. I've told you, heck--even shown you, I can sing. I played the clarinet in elementary school. I was in the top vocal performance group all through high school. HOWEVER... I can not read a single note of sheet music.

#45. I absolutely believe that Rice Krispie Treats count as a breakfast food. They're made from cereal, aren't they? So they count.

#46. When Jock was a brand new baby, I used to go over to my grandma's house several times a week, to wash the baby's clothes. She tried to teach me to knit and crochet, got me hooked on the Doubleday Book Club, and let me pick cherries off the tree in the backyard. However, I still can not knit or crochet if my life depended on it.

#47. My dream car, should I ever win the Publisher's Clearinghouse Sweepstakes, would be a 1954 Chevy Bel Air. Blue and white exterior. White interior. Obviously, my children will never be allowed inside it.

#48. I used to be an editor and talent scout for an online publishing house.

#49. I'm an insomniac. Mild, definitely, but its still there. I cannot get to sleep...ever...before somewhere between 2 and 3 in the morning. And I'm usually up 3-4 hours later.

#50. I'm an incredibly sentimental person. Which feeds my pack rat-ness. And also means that I cry at just about anything. My boys are endlessly amused at this.

Ok. Once again, I'm stopping there. Apparently, my brain completely shuts down at ten random facts about myself. I could feel it getting sluggish somewhere around fact 5, but when I sat here for 15 minutes to come up with that last one, I knew it was done for the night.

Besides, its time for me to go lay in bed counting the rotations of the ceiling fan for a while.

i am a pack rat too. and abnormally sentimental.
and i fully agree on rice crispy treats! i use the term this sucks A$$
which isn't probably the nicest thing i should try eggs.
i'm not swoony of brad pitt either.
and love that you showed us that you sing. and do it well. i don't read music either. how did you play clarinet without learning how to read music? probably the same way i learned the flute. i faked it. how about you?
i might be an insomniac. but i have the skill of being able to nap , and sleep in. so maybe I'm not really an insomniac as much as a night owl.

EVERYTHING makes me cry! Hallmark commercials, nice stories on ESPN, the 4th of July parade. EVERYTHING!

Brad Pitt is not my fave either, and Rice Krispy Treat are totally a breakfast food. Why would you think otherwise?

Jon says that things "suck butt". So classy. Every once in a while he throws the word donkey in there if whatever IT is is really sucky. Even more classy.

I get crazy sentimental too. But you know that.

Have I ever told you that one of the reasons I love the name Evelyn is from The Mummy?
